Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with Brand Ambassador and supervisors.
• Ability to read and interpret Plan-O-Grams and Zone-O-Grams.
• Capable of managing in-store hours and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist Brand Ambassador with merchandising and inventory control.
• Provide weekly recaps to assigned Brand Ambassador and supervisor.
• Present a professional image when representing Accessories.
• Reads, interprets, and implements Plan-O-Grams and Zone-O-Grams.
• Puts out all stock and makes necessary real estate changes to accommodate stock.
• Represents Accessories with a professional image.
• Develops strong relationships with in-store personnel and management.
• Manages in-store hours, administrative time, and drive time.

Part Time Men's Accessories Holiday Merchandising Assistant

Position: Part-time

MCG is the premier retail service organization that partners with both manufacturers and retailers to increase sales at store level. We provide in-store services to department stores, mass merchants and stand alone retailers throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.

Reports To

• District Supervisor, District Manager, or Director

Basic Function

Responsible for assisting their assigned Brand Ambassador with all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.

Job Requirements

• Availability to work weekends as per Customer requirements
• Computer & Internet Access - PC Compatible
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to take digital photos

Principle Responsibilities

• Communicates effectively with their assigned Brand Ambassador as well as District Supervisor, District Manager, or Director
• Provides weekly recaps to assigned Brand Ambassador and supervisor
• Enters work timely and accurately into Natural Insights
• Ability to read, interpret, and implement Plan-O-Grams and Zone-O-Grams
• Put out all stock and make necessary real estate changes to accommodate stock
• Present a professional image when representing Accessories
• Develops strong relationships with in-store personnel and management
• Manages effectively in-store hours, administrative time and drive time
• Demonstrates ethical behavior

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 90% - 100% of the time
• Must be able to frequently prepare merchandise to be displayed
• Must be able to frequently traverse distances up to 100 yards to access merchandise in stock rooms
• Must be able to frequently move merchandise to and from stock rooms weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to frequently position self to place stacks of clothing weighing at least 25 lbs to and from floor, cart, table or shelving.
• Must be able to frequently ascend/descend stairs/ladders
• Must be able to frequently move carts weighing up to 300lbs.
