Job summary

Planet Fitness - United FP Management, LLC is seeking a Member Services Representative to welcome members, assist guests, and maintain a positive club atmosphere. This role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced fitness environment.

You will learn the PF Mobile App, support tours, and help drive member engagement while upholding the Judgement Free Zone. Training and advancement opportunities accompany a friendly, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• A passion for fitness and health is essential.
• Upbeat and positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales is a plus.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Exceptional customer service; able to interact professionally with members and staff.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Diplomacy in all interactions; appropriate behavior and language.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR AED/First Aid knowledge may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Enforce the Judgement Free zone.
• Always smile and be courteous.
• Take prospects on tours.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, check members in, sign up new members, and guide tours.
• Help members download the PF Mobile App and update accounts as needed.
• Promote sales of memberships and tanning lotions.
• Create connections with the community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing an exceptional customer experience.

• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.


• Completed assigned cleaning areas.


• Promotes sales of Tanning lotions and Memberships.


• Create connections with the community!

Qualifications/Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations.

• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.


• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.


• Must be 18 years of age or older.


• CPR Certification AED/First Aid /CPR

Physical Demands

• Continual standing and walking during shift.


• Continual talking in person or on the club phone during shift.


• Must be able to occasionally lift to 50 lbs.
