Capital Credit Union's Veterans branch in Fargo seeks a friendly member services associate for part-time hours. You will greet members, process transactions, answer questions, and help members reach their financial goals with attentive service.

Responsibilities include handling deposits and withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, account maintenance, and front-line support. We value cash accuracy, clear communication, and a positive team attitude to support our mission.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

As our member services associate, you will help our members complete various financial transactions, help solve problems, and develop solutions so they can reach their goals no matter how big or small. Every day, you will greet members and be trusted to complete an array of services, like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, account maintenance and inquiries, and more. You’ll be our front-line link to our membership; you’ll care for them and build their knowledge about their accounts, the credit union, and what we can offer to make them successful!

Here’s what you can expect:

• Receive and processing members’ financial transactions
• Balancing cash drawer and daily check activities
• Effectively communicating with coworkers and members

Here’s what we expect:

• 20-25 hours a week, hours may range between 7:45am - 6:15pm, including every third Saturday from 8:45am-1:15pm.
• Cash handling and sales experience preferred, but not required
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Passion for service and supporting the mission and vision of Capital Credit Union
