Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or 18 months in financial services or customer service, with a professional appearance, self-motivation, and flexible Friday/Saturday availability to cover 19 hours

• Bachelor’s degree or 18 months of relevant experience in the financial industry or in a customer service role.
• Previous banking or financial services experience.
• Desire to provide outstanding member service.
• Ability to discuss products and services.
• Professional appearance with an enthusiastic, assertive personality.
• Self-motivated.
• Thorough knowledge of negotiable instruments.
• Open availability on Fridays, Saturdays and one other day during the week (19 hours total).

Responsibilities

• Identify the needs of the membership and cross-sell the appropriate products.
• Efficiently and accurately process transactions (loan payments, transfer of funds).
• Research and resolve member concerns.
• Sufficiently and accurately record information.
• Engage with members to obtain information and explain available services to meet their financial needs.

• Support and promote a successful service/sales culture by identifying the needs of the membership and cross-selling the appropriate products.

What we need from you:

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 18 months of relevant experience in the financial industry or in a customer service

• Dependable (arrive to work on time as scheduled) with open availability on Fridays, Saturdays and one other day during the week (19 hours total)
