Qualifications

• High school graduate, student or equivalent.
• Completion of required RCFE training as Medication Technician.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• At least one year of experience as a caregiver.
• Knowledge and practice of safe lifting techniques.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medication management under supervision.
• Document and maintain medication records accurately.
• Guide residents in daily activities to promote independence.
• Assist residents with personal care and mobility.
