Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living seeks a Certified Medication Aide/Tech to join our team. You will administer or assist with medication and treatments under supervision, maintain a clean supply room, and coordinate with pharmacies to ensure timely deliveries.

Based on state regulations, completion of required training/certification is necessary. This role is typically performed by Medication Aides/Techs in our facilities, with opportunities for growth within Brookdale's care teams.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

• Based on state regulations and completion of required training/certification, Medication Aides/Techs will administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider and observe/report responses to your supervisor.
• Certified Medication Aides/Techs make sure the medication supply room is organized and clean, assist with medication cart audits, and provide accurate counts of all medications. You will also communicate with pharmacies to coordinate medication delivery.
• Based on state regulation, completion of training/certification is required.
