The ideal candidate holds a BS degree and is ASCP certified, with responsibilities including specimen collection, HIS/LIS tasks, and ensuring accurate test reporting. Shift is 2nd with 32 hours per bi-weekly period.

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor of Science degree (BS)
• Certified Medical Laboratory Technologist (ASCP) certification

Responsibilities

• Performs laboratory tests in designated areas and reports results following protocol
• Collects blood and urine specimens following proper procedures
• Maintains HIS/LIS data entry, updates tests and results
• Assists with training of students and supports department policies and quality control records
