As part of the SMCS-Valley Administration team, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary staff, support discharge planning, and contribute to staff education and committee work as requested.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Social Services from CSWE-accredited program.
• 2 years of recent relevant experience.
• Clinical skills in biopsychosocial assessment and interventions including crisis intervention.
• Knowledge of transitions of care and community resources.
• Understanding of patient confidentiality and Tarasoff requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide biopsychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, and short-term counseling.
