Part‑time Schedule: 1‑12 hour weekday shift and 1‑8 hour weekend day shift.
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) is responsible for welcoming and providing exemplary customer service to all our incoming patients at CityMD. The person in this position is responsible for registering patients and coordinating with the rest of the team to provide a timely turnaround for the patient. This individual responds to patient questions and concerns with a sense of urgency and kindness, both on the telephone and in person and is responsible for all paperwork associated with patient registration.
Ability to sit and stand for periods of time. Heavy computer use required.
Pay Rate: $18.25 per hour. The provided compensation amount is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience and location of position.
