Job summary

DAC Group in New Jersey seeks a licensed MD/DO to serve asCollaborating Physician and/or Medical Director for an experienced aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. This part-time moonlighting opportunity offers flexible scheduling and a focus on patient safety and regulatory compliance.

The physician partner will provide clinical oversight, establish collaborative practice agreements, and guide aesthetic, wellness, and functional health services within scope.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey MD or DO license.
• Board certification preferred in a relevant medical specialty.
• Strong understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience or interest in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, primary care, functional medicine, or wellness.
• Comfortable collaborating with an experienced Nurse Practitioner.
• Professional liability coverage appropriate to the arrangement.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to ethical, evidence-based patient care.
• MSA agreement with Physicians Independent LLC as legally required in the State of NJ

Responsibilities

• Serve as collaborating physician and/or designated Medical Director, as applicable.
• Establish and maintain required collaborative practice agreements and clinical protocols.
• Provide clinical consultation and guidance to the Nurse Practitioner when needed.
• Support compliance with New Jersey medical practice regulations and applicable standards of care.
• Review clinical policies, protocols, and procedures as appropriate.
• Participate in periodic quality assurance and clinical oversight activities.
• Provide medical guidance regarding aesthetic, wellness, and functional health services within the physician's qualifications and scope of practice.
