Qualifications

• We welcome candidates with little to no manufacturing experience and provide training on day one.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 year of prior work experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow shop order instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run light, semi-automated equipment to manufacture medical devices.
• Operate machines safely, identify safety issues, and report concerns.
• Perform quality checks and document results for product quality and machine performance.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and start/stop machines as needed.
