Job summary

Medical Diagnostic Laboratories (MDL) is seeking a Part-Time Driver to join its team. The driver will pick up medical specimens from various health care facilities and follow a fixed route with dispatch-led changes. The role supports MDL’s DNA and infectious disease testing programs in a lab-centered environment.

• Ability to read maps and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Drive to doctor offices, hospitals, and labs to pick up specimens.
• Retrieve specimens from boxes or facilities and ensure proper handling.
• Coordinate with Dispatch Office on route changes.
• Package specimens for overnight delivery to MDL laboratories.
• Maintain safety by obeying all motor vehicle laws.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
