Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is hiring a Medical Courier on a part‑time basis in Marlborough, MA, Saturdays from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. You will pick up, transport, and deliver medical specimens along a scheduled route, ensuring timely deliveries in a professional manner.

Responsibilities include safe operation of a non‑CDL vehicle, use of handheld scanners and route software, and strict adherence to DOT/HIPAA/OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience and clean MVR within the last 36 months.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliable documentation.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on the road.
• Comfortable using mobile devices or scanning tools.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain on the move during shifts.
• Prior medical, customer service, courier, or logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver medical specimens on a scheduled route.
• Communicate professionally with doctors, nurses, and lab staff for timely deliveries.
• Safely operate a company-provided, non-CDL vehicle.
• Use handheld scanners, route software, and mobile apps to track deliveries.
• Ensure proper specimen handling, labeling, storage, and documentation.
• Comply with DOT, HIPAA, OSHA, and internal safety standards.
