Qualifications

• Must have active certification or licensure.
• At least 3 years MCA experience within the last 10 years.
• Prior teaching experience or complete the new instructor training.
• Ability to qualify as an instructor per institutional and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and lab instruction to provide an engaging educational experience.
• Ensure that learning objectives are met for each course within the program.
• Prepare instructional materials and ensure equipment is ready and functional.
• Participate in faculty assessment and professional development activities.
• Meet academic and administrative deadlines and participate in meetings.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation guidelines and internal policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
