Qualifications

• National certification in Medical Assisting from Premise Health approved organization.
• Hands-on externship completed from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Current Basic Life Support certification (AHA/ARC or equivalent).
• State Lab Certificate (NV) if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Interviews patients and measures vital signs.
• Maintains patient health records with up-to-date information.
• Prepares treatment rooms and sterilizes instruments.
• Administers medications, performs labs, EKGs and related tests.
• Performs administrative tasks and supports front desk operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
