Job summary

HealthPartners North Suburban Family Physicians in Minnesota is seeking a Medical Assistant (LPN/CMA/RMA/EMT) for a .675 FTE position at our Lino Lakes clinic, with potential coverage at Roseville and Hugo.

The role supports patient care through vitals, rooming, medications, and charting, while maintaining infection control and clinic workflows. LPN, MA, or CMA credentials are required with active BLS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• LPN license in Minnesota eligible for the role.
• MA program diploma or EMT license acceptable; RMA/CMA registration preferred.
• Current BLS certification required and maintained.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Room patients according to clinic guidelines and record vitals.
• Administer medications and procedures per policy and document accordingly.
• Prepare exam and procedure rooms and assist providers as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate charting; coordinate with staff on testing and results.
• Support infection control, instrument sterilization, and inventory management.
• Greet and assist patients, manage forms, and coordinate urgent/scheduled changes.
