You will mentor students, teach essential medical assistant skills, and guide them from classroom concepts to entry-level practice in the healthcare field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years as a medical assistant or related role.
• CMA, RMA, CCMA credentials.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to commute to location(s).

Responsibilities

• Prepare for each class by reviewing the provided curriculum and labs.
• Demonstrate medical skills and guide students in hands-on practice in the lab.
• Evaluate student performance and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Enforce classroom management and safety precautions.
