Job summary

CENTERS FOR FOOT & ANKLE CARE LLC in Cincinnati is seeking a versatile Medical Assistant to join our fast-paced, patient-focused team. You will record medical histories and vitals, room patients, assist physicians with in-office procedures, and coordinate scheduling for tests such as MRI and appointments at other locations.

This role requires multitasking, strong communication with physicians and staff, and occasional travel to our other Cincinnati-area locations.

Qualifications

• Recording medical history and vitals
• Rooming patients
• Assisting physicians with minor in-office medical procedures
• Scheduling testing procedures such as MRI's
• Scheduling patients with other physician offices
• Pre-certifications
• Clean and maintain instruments
• Cleaning treatment rooms
• Communicating patient needs with physicians
• Assisting physician with charting
• Trimming toenails
• Returning patient phone calls
• Some receptionist duties such as answering phones and making patient appointments
• Surgery scheduling
• Administrative duties
• Other Duties as assigned
