HG Analytics in Austin, TX is seeking a Part Time Medical Assistant to support clinic operations. The role involves greeting patients, preparing them for visits, and guiding them to examination rooms, ensuring smooth patient flow and accurate record keeping.

The candidate will take vital signs, document medical histories, assist with procedures, and maintain a clean, compliant environment across Round Rock, Georgetown, and Austin clinics. Training for PFT and related tests is provided.

Formación

• Healthcare worker experience: 1 year required.
• Medical Assistant: 6 months preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Welcomes patients by greeting them in person.
• Prepares patients for health care visits by directing to the examining room.
• Helps patients position themselves for examinations.
• Arranges examining room instruments, supplies, and equipment.
• Verifies patient information and medical history.
• Takes vital signs and basic measurements.
• Documents patient information accurately in the medical record.
• Keeps supplies stocked and orders replacements.
• Maintains a safe and compliant work environment.
• Maintains patient care information confidential.
• Spirometry (PFT) testing (training provided).
• ANS/Sudo testing (training provided).
• Neural testing (training provided).

• Prepares patients for the health care visit by directing and/or accompanying them to the examining room.
• Helping them to position themselves for the examination and/or treatment.
• Arranging examining room instruments, supplies, and equipment.
• Verifies patient information by interviewing patient; reviewing and/or recording medical history.
• Taking vital signs; confirming purpose of visit or treatment.
• Performs basic vitals and height weight.
• Ensures appropriate and accurate documentation in the patient medical record.
• Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
• Keeps patient care information confidential.
• Spirometry (PFT) (training provided).
• ANS/Sudo testing (equipment driven, training provided).
• Neural testing (training provided).

Part Time Medical Assistant - Must be available to commute to our Round Rock, Georgetown and Austin Clinics.

Performs Patient Exams For Multiple Testing Including

• Spirometry (PFT) (training provided).
• Fundus photos (training provided).
• ANS/Sudo testing (equipment driven, training provided).
• Neural testing (training provided).

Salary:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Day shift
• Hours: Between 8am and 5:30pm

Experience

• Healthcare worker (in some capacity): 1 year (Required).
• Medical Assistant: 6 months (Preferred).

In-Person - Austin, Texas.
