• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Technical Communication, or a related field, plus five years of experience in the field.
• Master’s degree in Media Production, Technical Communication, or a related field, and at least five years of professional full‑time experience in media production.

Responsibilities

• Teach 3–9 credit hours per term in courses covering writing, video, and interactive media production at the 1000-level or above.
• Teach courses such as Basic Video Production, Introduction to Media Production, Basic Video Editing, Streaming Media Technologies, Critical Thinking Through 21st Century Media, and others.
• Be available for student consultation and provide academic support as needed.
• Deliver assigned classes in person or online, prepare lesson plans, grade student work and provide timely feedback.
• Comply with university‑wide student evaluation and peer observation policies.
• Adapt to new modes of instruction as needed.
