Trig's is hiring a Part Time Meat Cutter (ER65384) to join our grocery store teams. You will cut, trim, grind, and prepare meat and poultry products, ensuring top quality and proper display at the counter. We value accuracy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Cut and trim prime cuts using knife techniques and various meat cutting equipment.
• Clean and cut poultry in preparation for wrapping.
• Grind meat and poultry for packaging and labeling.
• Ensure proper stock levels of steak cuts at the meat service counter and sales floor displays.
• Organize, sort, and stock product loads; ensure proper storage in coolers/freezers.
• Assist with monthly inventory processes and reporting.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and standards.

JobResponsibilities Include:

• Cut and trim prime cuts to reduce to cooking cuts such as roasts, steaks, chops, stew cubes, and grinding meat using knife cutting techniques and various meat cutting equipment.
• Clean clean and cut poultry in preparation for wrapping.
• Grind meat and poultry using proper equipment in preparation for packaging and labeling.
• Ensure proper stock levels of steak cuts are maintained in the meat service counter and sales floor displays.
• Organize, sort, and stock product loads that arrive and ensure proper storage in coolers and freezers.
• Assist with monthly inventory processes and reporting.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and standards.
