Job summary

Mindrift is seeking US-based physicians (MD/DO) to evaluate clinical EHR vignettes for a medical AI evaluation program. You will assess diagnostic and treatment tasks across multiple organ systems, score reasoning quality, and write concise rationales.

Projects are part-time and comparator-based adjudication follows three blind reads. Applicants should hold an MD/DO with an active US license and board certification or recent residency, along with strong English writing skills.

Qualifications

• Must be US-based practicing physician (MD/DO).
• Strong clinical reasoning across multiple systems.
• Excellent written English with clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes with questions, proposed answers, and distractors.
• Score reasoning quality, vignette accuracy, and trap quality.
• Assess whether the reasoning leads from vignette facts to the correct answer; write brief rationales.
• Participate in three independent blind reads followed by physician adjudication.
