Responsibilities

• Delight our guests: respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience
• Deliver professional spa treatments: perform massage and body treatments according to spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards
• Maintain a spotless environment: ensure treatment spaces, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards
• Manage supplies and inventory: monitor inventory of treatment products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage
• Ensure accurate documentation: complete and maintain required records in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations
• Support daily spa operations: assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service
