Job summary

Think Zone Learning Center in Millbrae, CA is seeking a Math Tutor to support elementary and middle school students with one-on-one instruction after school. This part-time role offers 6–12 hours per week and pay of $18.50–$20.00 per hour.

No lesson planning required—we provide the curriculum, materials, and training. Ideal candidates are in high school (16+) or college, love math, and want to gain leadership, teaching, and communication experience.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Are currently in high school (16+) or college, or have a high school diploma


Teaching or tutoring experience is a plus, but not required. We’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.


A Schedule That Fits Around School

This role is designed to work around your school schedule.


Typical shifts include:



  • Tuesday & Thursday: 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM


We’re looking for tutors who can work 2–4 shifts per week, with Saturday availability strongly preferred.


It’s a great opportunity to earn money while balancing classes, sports, clubs, and other extracurricular activities.
