Job summary

Brightmont Academy is seeking a Part-Time Math & Science Teacher for one-on-one instruction, offering a flexible schedule and $22–$23/hour. The role focuses on personalized learning with a single student at a time, reducing planning and outside work.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject and demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching. Fingerprint background checks are required and LMS proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in your subject area.
• Patience & Empathy: you understand that every student learns differently.
• Proficiency using G-Suite and Learning Management Software (LMS).
• Ability to provide fingerprints (AZ, WA) and pass a federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Teach Math or Science one-on-one to students, tailoring lessons to individual needs.
• Deliver flexible, student-centered instruction without extra grading or planning burden.
• Support students through a personalized learning approach and track progress.

Requirements
