Think Academy Silicon Valley is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Part‑Time Math Content Teacher to deliver high‑quality mathematics instruction to K–12 students. The ideal candidate will teach engaging and rigorous math lessons, support classroom management, monitor student progress, and foster a positive learning environment. The teacher will maintain regular communication with parents regarding student performance and learning goals, collaborate with teaching managers and staff, and contribute to student engagement and retention efforts.

Job Responsibilities

• Teach assigned classes in accordance with Think Academy's curriculum and instructional standards.
• Create an engaging and supportive learning environment that promotes student success and academic growth.
• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student performance, learning goals, and classroom updates.
• Implement strategies to improve student engagement, retention, and overall learning experience.
• Collaborate with teaching managers and fellow teachers to support curriculum implementation and continuous improvement.
• Complete required administrative and teaching‑related responsibilities in a timely manner.

Work Schedule

Pay Structure

Pay Structure:

• Teaching Related: $40–$70 per hourly lesson
  • Description: includes lesson preparation, in‑class time, after‑class homework grading, standard parent communication, etc.
• Non‑Teaching Related: $20–$25 per hour
  • Description: non‑regular teaching duties such as event proctoring, student 1‑to‑1 sessions, etc.
