Job summary

Red Bull New York is seeking an energetic events ambassador to help execute matchday activations for various partners. You will work with the Partnerships team to support on-site ambassadors, fan experiences, and incentive programmes, acting as a brand ambassador for both Red Bull New York and partner brands.

The role requires high customer service levels, the ability to stand outdoors for long periods, and availability on nights and weekends. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High level of customer service with ability to resolve issues.
• Ability to adapt quickly to sudden changes.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable standing for long periods outdoors.
• Availability on nights and weekends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Partnerships to execute matchday activations for various partners.
• Assist with on-site brand ambassadors, fan experiences, and fan incentive programmes.
• Support partner-specific activations determined on a match-by-match basis.
• Assist with the execution of fan experience programmes.
• Act as a brand ambassador for various partner activations.
• Serve as a liaison for partner-related tasks during pre-match, halftime, and/or post-match.
• Act as an ambassador of Red Bull New York and the partner brand.
• Create a welcoming environment for participants of all ages.
