Job summary

HouseMax Funding, based in Austin, TX, seeks a motivated Part-Time Marketing Intern to support growth initiatives and strengthen client relationships. You’ll own meaningful projects, collaborate with the marketing team, and directly see the impact of your work.

You will gain hands-on experience in social media engagement, marketing operations, campaign execution, CRM reporting, and analytics while helping manage lead-generation programs and client loyalty efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Willingness to learn marketing software such as HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Own prospecting box program from start to finish, including assembling boxes, shipping, maintaining inventory, and reporting results in HubSpot to track ROI.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all marketing merchandise and promotional items. Conduct regular audits and notify the marketing team when items need to be reordered.
• Manage the loyalty gift program by ordering gifts, coordinating shipments, and tracking recipients and outcomes.
• Monitor and respond to direct messages (DMs) and comments across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn in a timely, professional, and brand-appropriate manner.
• Maintain the social media engagement tracking spreadsheet by recording DMs, comments, conversions, and leads generated from organic social interactions.
• Assist with reporting on marketing performance, including social engagement, prospecting box ROI, loyalty gifts, and lead attribution.
• Help organize and maintain marketing assets, promotional materials, and department documentation.

Work Environment

The majority of the tasks associated with this position will be performed indoors, however, some duties will require the ability to function outdoors with exposure to seasonal weather conditions for short periods of time. Travel is up to 5% of the time.
