Qualifications

• 5–7 years of digital marketing experience.
• Experience managing social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Experience creating, posting and scheduling content and engaging conversations; tracking performance.
• Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns in Mailchimp.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic Canva and Adobe Suite design skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Social Media: Create and post content, engage conversations, and track performance across brands.
• Email Marketing: Create and send newsletters monthly and as needed in Mailchimp.
• FanConnect: Manage requests for digital kiosks, upload graphics, and edit content per guidelines.
• Websites: Update Events calendar on americantobacco.co in Wordpress; coordinate with contractor for issues.
