FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a beauty brand and local community setting. This role focuses on marketing, social content, events, and partnerships to elevate the FACE FOUNDRIÉ experience at our Gilbert location.

The ideal candidate loves local outreach, dynamic content creation, and cross-team collaboration. Part-time schedule includes some evenings and weekends to support events and promotions.

Qualifications

• Passion for marketing, beauty, skincare, wellness, and community engagement.
• Strong communication skills and a natural understanding of social media and content creation.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with a willingness to take initiative.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and bring new ideas to the table.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable connecting with clients, businesses, and community partners.
• Flexibility to learn different aspects of the FACE FOUNDRIÉ business.
• Availability to work 20–30 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Local Event Execution: Plan and execute events, pop-ups, partnerships, and community outreach opportunities to drive brand awareness and new client traffic.
• Social Media + Content: Create engaging, on-brand content, capture in-store moments, and help grow our local social media presence.
• Grassroots Marketing: Build relationships and coordinate collaborations with local businesses, influencers, organizations, and community partners.
• In-Store Marketing: Support promotions, marketing campaigns, client engagement initiatives, and other efforts that enhance the FACE FOUNDRIÉ experience.
• Marketing Coordination: Help manage marketing calendars, track engagement and event results, and provide insights to improve local marketing efforts.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store team to identify opportunities to grow the business and strengthen our presence in the community.
