Job summary

Jobtailor in Tampa, FL is seeking a results‑driven social media marketing coordinator to own vertical video content and local outreach. You will script, film, edit, and publish at least two reels weekly, and proactively partner with local influencers to expand our brand reach.

The role includes executing on‑site field marketing, distributing flyers, booking vendor pop‑ups for our studio or events, and crafting Instagram giveaway campaigns to grow followers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating vertical video content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts).
• Strong communication and influencer outreach abilities.
• Comfortable with local field marketing and approaching businesses.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple small projects (events, content calendars, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of Canva or CapCut is highly preferred.

• Create high-quality, engaging Instagram Reels and TikToks, responsible for scripting, filming, editing, and publishing at least 2 reels per week.
• Proactively identify and pitch local influencers to collaborate with our brand.
• Execute physical marketing campaigns by distributing and placing flyers in the area.
• Scout and book vendor pop-ups to host in our studio space and/or for events.
• Design and launch creative Instagram giveaway contests to organically scale our follower base.
• Additional related social media and marketing tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating engaging vertical video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Strong communication skills with a knack for reaching out to and building relationships with digital creators and influencers.
• Comfortable with local field marketing, walking around the Downtown area, and approaching businesses or community spaces.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously (events, content calendars, and physical marketing material).
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other design and video editing mobile apps is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email.
• Passionate about fitness.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.
• Marketing Degree and Marketing Experience preferred.
