Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or closely related field.
• Prior teaching, training, or instructional experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage a diverse student population.
• Doctorate and professional certifications preferred.
• Professional experience in marketing, advertising, sales, communications, or related fields.
• Experience teaching online, hybrid, or accelerated courses.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned undergraduate courses in marketing using engaging, student-centered instructional methods.
• Develop course materials that promote critical thinking and integrate theory with practice.
• Incorporate current industry trends, technologies, and case studies into instruction.
• Integrate emerging technologies such as AI tools and analytics into instruction to prepare students for evolving industry practices.
• Create a classroom environment that fosters collaboration and active participation.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments and assessments.
• Participate in program planning and continuous improvement activities.
• Remain current in your discipline and in best practices for teaching and learning.
