Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service, greeting customers with a smile and learning their names.
• Take customer orders at the Market Grille counter and answer the telephone promptly.
• Review daily orders, anticipate product needs, and prepare and replenish items.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene, ensure freshness, and keep a clean work area.
• Operate the department register, handle payments, and make change.
• Price and order products and assist in other store areas as needed.
