Job summary

Clickstop, Inc. in Urbana, IA is seeking Part-Time Manufacturing Associates to join our production team. This role blends hands-on cutting, winding, sewing and packaging responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: PT, Monday–Thursday, 4:00 pm–9:00 pm. Starting pay is $17.00/hour with benefits including Volunteer Time Off, 401(k) Match and ESOP after one year of service and minimum hour requirements.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand work orders and audit orders for accuracy.
• Operate automatic sewing machines to assemble transportation tie-down straps.
• Meet daily productivity requirements while maintaining quality.
• Document, organize, and pack a variety of orders from a conveyor belt.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and perform frequent bending, kneeling, standing, and squatting.
• Utilize NetSuite and ShipHawk to manage production records, enter completion data, build work orders, and update inventory.
• Follow Lean manufacturing principles and communicate effectively to maintain a smooth workflow.
