Job summary

Colorado State University’s College of Business seeks adjunct faculty to join the Department of Management from an open pool. Courses may be offered in fall, spring, and/or summer, with postings throughout the year.

Compensation is per course, typically $6,000–$7,000 per class, with higher pay possible based on experience and course complexity. Employment is on-site in Rockwell Hall, with duties including syllabus design and delivery of instruction.

Qualifications

• Master’s, J.D., or Ph.D. aligned with strategic management, entrepreneurship, supply chain, organizational behavior, human resource management, or business communications.
• Or current doctoral candidate in a field aligned with one or more of the above-mentioned subject areas.
• Or completion of an undergraduate degree with five years or more professional work experience aligned with one or more of the above-mentioned subject areas.
• Ability to teach in one or more of the following areas: strategic management, entrepreneurship, supply chain management, organizational behavior, human resource management, and/or business communications.
• Legal authorization to work in the US. The College of Business will not provide visa sponsorship for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Construct course syllabus adhering to College of Business assurance of learning outcomes and departmental standards.
• Deliver instructional course material via multi-media teaching techniques in relevant subject areas in prescribed delivery format.
• Other duties as assigned.
