The Felician Sisters of North America is hiring a part-time Maintenance Technician to work at our administration office in Beaver Falls/North Sewickley Township, PA with occasional days at our Coraopolis facility. This on-site role offers 20-29 hours per week and on-call availability for emergencies.

The Maintenance Technician will perform floor care, cleaning, trash removal, grounds maintenance, basic electrical and plumbing work, and light repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to five years of general maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care, cleaning, trash removal, and grounds maintenance.
• Handle light electrical, plumbing, drywall, and HVAC tasks.
• Snow removal, lawn care, and seasonal maintenance.
• Set up tables and move heavy furniture during events.
• Maintain restrooms and kitchens in sanitary condition.
• Respond to on-call emergencies during evenings and weekends.
