Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily maintenance is preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical skills are a plus.
• EPA Certification is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
• Respond to work orders promptly.
• Help maintain community curb appeal, cleanliness, and safety.
• Assist with unit turns and seasonal upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
