Job summary

Everabode Property Management LLC is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day upkeep of its manufactured housing communities in Kansas. The role focuses on routine repairs, responding to service requests, home readiness, and maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented surroundings.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of residential maintenance experience and basic knowledge across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of maintenance trades including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Must follow safety procedures and work instructions.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The part-time Maintenance Technician supports the day-to‑day maintenance and upkeep of Everabode Property Management’s manufactured housing communities. This role focuses on completing routine repairs, responding to service requests, assisting with home readiness, and helping maintain clean, safe, and well‑presented communities. This position is ideal for a hands‑on team member who takes pride in quality work and resident service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
• Respond to routine maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner.

Community Appearance & Safety

• Help maintain community appearance through groundskeeping, debris removal, and upkeep of common areas.
• Identify and report safety hazards or larger repair needs to management.

Coordination & Resident Service

• Work with vendors or contractors as directed to complete repairs or projects.
• Provide courteous and respectful service to residents and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience & Knowledge

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• This is a part‑time position, typically 20–25 hours per week.
• This position is primarily on‑site at assigned communities in KS.
• The role involves physical activity, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Occasional after‑hours responsibilities may also be required.
