National Church Residences is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Larry Moore location in Union City, GA. This part-time role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to keep our senior housing communities safe and comfortable.

You will assist in supervising junior staff, maintain records, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in residential/senior housing.
• Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Relevant certifications (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in common areas.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Supervise and train junior maintenance staff.
• Manage maintenance supplies and equipment inventory.
