This part-time role involves weekly checks, cleaning units, overlocking delinquent units, and minor repairs. You will perform physical labor and work a flexible schedule, 15–20 hours per month, with monthly pay at $20/hour.

Requires 1+ year maintenance experience and a valid Driver's License. You must be able to work in person in Irwin, PA and be available on short notice if needed.
