McDonald’s restaurant is seeking a dependable Maintenance/Custodian Team Member to join our operations in Sanford, Maine. You will help maintain interior and exterior cleanliness and ensure equipment is in good working order.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance/Custodian Team Member assists restaurant management in maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and keeping restaurant equipment in good working condition.
• The restaurant will provide the tools and training needed to succeed.
• Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Filtering fryer oil daily
• Maintaining the restaurant’s exterior grounds
• Cleaning restaurant equipment
• Cleaning interior and exterior windows
• Cleaning stockrooms and restrooms
• Unloading delivery trucks approximately twice per week
• Removing trash and emptying the trash compactor
• Replacing light bulbs
• Cleaning HVAC and exhaust units
• Removing debris from the roof
• Completing routine cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks
• Reporting equipment or facility concerns to restaurant management
• Following workplace safety and food safety procedures
