Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher preferred.
• 4+ years machining industry experience preferred.
• Experience teaching or training in technical or adult education.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes and safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with computers and common education software.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and hands-on instruction in machining technology courses.
