Job summary

SteelAxis in Washington is seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design, test, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems for clients. You will work closely with data scientists and software engineers to design and implement scalable solutions for client projects. Salary: $1200 per month.

Location: Washington. Employment Type: Part-time 20 hours per week with potential for full-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other relevant languages.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing techniques and feature engineering.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess data and engineer features.
• Work closely with software engineers to integrate models into production systems.
• Conduct experiments to evaluate the performance of different algorithms and models.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues with existing models and algorithms.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in ML techniques and technologies.
