Loma Linda Post Acute in Loma Linda, CA is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our part-time team. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and assist with activities of daily living in a skilled nursing setting.

Formación

• Active California LVN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Previous skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the supervising RN or physician.
• Provide direct patient care, including wound care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
