Job summary

The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking a skilled Massage Therapist (part time) to join our luxury spa team in Longboat Key, FL. You will deliver tailored massage therapies to help guests relax, relieve pain, and improve overall wellness in a serene, professional setting.

Responsibilities include performing Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage; assessing guest needs; maintaining cleanliness and confidentiality; documenting outcomes; collaborating with the team; and promoting spa services

Qualifications

• Valid Florida massage therapy license in the state of Florida.
• Two years experience preferred.
• Dual licensing with aesthetician license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage modalities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused attitude
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality while delivering high-quality treatments.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays based on resort needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide Swedish, deep tissue, sports and other modalities based on guest preferences.
• Consult with guests to assess conditions and determine appropriate treatments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming spa environment per health and safety regulations.
• Document treatment outcomes and guest preferences for future visits.
• Collaborate with spa team and management to uphold high standards of service.
• Promote spa services and products to enhance guest experience and business growth.
