Job summary

CELINE is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant for the Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills concession to support client transactions and respond to inquiries. You will work with the luxury clientele, process payments, gather customer data, and help maintain an elevated store image.

Qualifications

• Education: Business School, University or "equivalent experience".
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Tech Savvy – ability to learn and use various software programs.
• Interest in retail with a focus on sales.
• Experience with back-of-house/stock and inventory.
• Passion for luxury product and good design sense.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process client transactions on the POS system.
• Gather client information in database and verify merchandise prices.
• Wrap and bag merchandise and answer phones with proper follow-up.
• Support store management with ad hoc projects as needed.
• Maintain store image and assist with housekeeping.
• Assist with merchandise movement, shipping, receiving and inventory.
