Job summary

Tory Burch LLC is seeking a motivated retail associate for our California store. You will greet customers, operate registers, answer phones, and support stock and store operations to ensure smooth daily workflow.

The role emphasizes teamwork, exceptional customer service, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• One-to-two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that includes overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• You might be acting greeter, runner, cashier, answering phones, and executing store policies.
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize the stock room to support product flow.
• Work with an amazing team to deliver retail excellence and memorable customer experiences.
