Job summary

Tory Burch in Allen, Texas is seeking a flexible retail team member to support front of house and back of house operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will greet customers, process transactions, organize stock, and ensure adherence to store policies while collaborating with a professional team. Qualifications

• One-to-two years of experience in a high volume, customer-drive retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Acting greeter, runner, cashier, answering phones, understanding and executing operational policies and procedures, packing/unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room.
• Support front of the house and back of the house operations.
• Work with the team to deliver retail excellence.
