Kate Spade New York in Milpitas, CA is seeking a part-time Sales Associate II to greet guests, suggest outfits, and guide purchasing decisions. You will showcase product knowledge, create complete looks, and drive sales while maintaining stockroom organization and efficient checkout.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, prior retail experience, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and busy periods.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).
• Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business—including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally).
