Saks OFF 5TH is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Boca Raton to deliver a premium customer experience in a luxury off-price setting. You will help customers find merchandise, explain promotions, and build lasting relationships to drive repeat visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or sales environment preferred.
• Proven sales track record and results driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
• Be familiar with store inventory to provide customers with best product knowledge.
• Greet customers and educate them on current promotions.
• Foster repeat business by building relationships with customers and promoting Saks credit card.
• Efficiently process sales transactions using the POS system and adhere to checkout standards.
• Resolve customer issues with trust, integrity and respect.
• Achieve individual and store goals for sales, customer acquisition and loyalty program participation.
• Maintain selling floor and fitting rooms, re-size fixtures, and sign displays as needed.
• Complete the markdown process accurately per company standards.
